GSG at that time was the leading developer and lessor of commercial real estate to middle market and small companies in the City State of Berlin.
Accomplishments in this position included the development and adoption of a new strategy for the company employing a new portfolio management approach; the implementation of new internal processes including a new I.T. strategy to optimize efficiency; the development and implementation of a new corporate image to enhance rentals; and the successful negotiation of a new collective bargaining agreement with the relevant trade union.
