Managing Director – FBT Finance by Trade GmbH, Berlin
FBT was the subsidiary of Berliner Bank involved in trade finance by barter and counter trade. Export finance projects had to be structured in cooperation with the bank and the company’s overall strategy to be developed.
Responsibilities included:
- accounting, financial controls, I.T., and personnel
- marketing and corporate design
- all legal aspects with their international implications
