BB-Hausverwaltung, Berlin (BBHV)
BBG owned and administered office properties used by Berliner Bank. The task was the analysis of building use, and the development of a strategy for the company. BBHV provided property management services for 28,000 residential and commercial renting units for owners including VBL, BVS and TLG.
Accomplishments included:
- reorganizing and restructuring BBHV to enhance efficiency and quality
- introduction of a uniform I.T. structure and uniform rules of leadership
- managing disinvestment for TLG in the Frankfurt/Oder region
